Terramor is a gated master-planned community in Temescal Valley, marketed through Corona, with a 55+ neighborhood called Cedarwood by Del Webb. The broader community combines residential neighborhoods with approximately 540 acres of preserved open space, 22 acres of parks and more than five miles of trails. Two amenity centers serve different resident groups: The Veranda is open to all residents, while The Terrace Club is reserved for residents age 55 and older. Cedarwood is currently the final neighborhood selling within the master plan.

Lake Elsinore provides boating and fishing, while Glen Ivy Golf Club is about 10 minutes away, according to Terramor. Temecula's wineries are less than 45 minutes away.
